Role Profile
The Project Manager for the Center of Excellence will lead strategic initiatives, focusing on data analysis and solution strategies to drive innovation and efficiency. The role requires a blend of project management expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to support the organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the Center of Excellence.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance data capabilities.
- Solution Strategies:
- Develop and implement innovative solution strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes and systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a Center of Excellence.
- Supply Chain experience is desired.
- Strong background in data analysis and solution strategy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Personal Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
