Position Overview
Manufacturing Information Services (MIS) seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Production Resource Analyst to support production data integrity and the end-to-end flow of manufacturing information across SAP and LIMS. This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality/QA, Tech Staff and IT partners to enable on-time shipments, accurate inventory, month-end (EOM) closing and correct production documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, skilled at troubleshooting system errors,and able to prioritize urgent production requests.
This position will be posted until at least February 6, 2026.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor accuracy of SAP production and make necessary corrections
- Work with Production Planner daily regarding schedule changes and updates
- Perform month-end (EOM) activities
- Perform yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations for raw and finished goods
- Cross-train on related MIS roles which may require rotation among various processes
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production workflows and data quality
- Support commercialization and GMN creation; execute start-to-finish builds and manage associated forms. Handle emergency/urgent commercialization requests as needed.
- Process SAP Master Data changes (e.g., material info changes, inspection plans, work centers, access updates) and coordinate approvals
- Monitor and clear daily SAP/LIMS errors
- Manage process order organization and communicate schedule or order changes to manufacturing and planning teams
- Print and verify batch packets and labels; ensure analytical results and release criteria are completed and accurate prior to shipment
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of manufacturing areas to assess raw material needs and manage special raw material requests from Technology and other partners
- Coordinate packaging supplies and complete packaging supplies adjustments at month end
- Support inventory allocations for customer-specific needs and weight/goods issue processing for shipments (truck/rail)
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant manufacturing or technical experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP proficiency and hands-on experience strongly preferred (process order, master data, material movements, security/roles, etc.)
- Experience with inventory management, production planning, manufacturing operations or cost analysis preferred
- Familiarity with LIMS a plus
