Responsibilities

 

Eastman is seeking applicants for the role of Printing and Visuals Coordinator.  The Printing and Visuals Coordinator operates all production equipment in Print Shop, Bindery and Posters.  Job duties, although not limited to these, are listed below.
 
Job duties


Operation of Komori, 1650 and TOK lithographic and flexographic printing presses.
Operation of Polar paper cutters, MBO folder, and rewinder bindery printing production equipment.
Process orders for posters, banners and business cards.
Operation of HP Design Jet Z6dr, HP Latex printer and Summa cutter.
Setting up files for printing using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Assists in bookmaking, literature distribution, NCR padding, warehouse operations and product shipments.

Qualifications

 

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
 
Skills:


1-2 years’ experience in digital software and printing preferred.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and color matching software.
Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers in a variety of settings.
Follow procedures for safe operation of equipment.
Strong commitment to tasks and ability to organize, prioritize, and execute assignments in a high activity environment.
Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Set-up and operate specialized printing presses preferred.
