Responsibilities

This role will be accountable to lead Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives across the enterprise.
Serve as a point of contact for talent management, organization effectiveness and change management activities on complex, corporate initiatives, including: the design and administration of organization assessments, the design and implementation of organization and talent solutions and the development and execution of Communication and Change Management strategies and plans. Strong facilitation and communication skills are required to effectively transition all project stakeholder groups from project awareness to project buy-in/adoption. Ensure that organizational change activities are conducted, that dependencies with other implementation activities are identified, and that synchronization takes place from the business process management perspective.
•    Build trusting and collaborative relationships with clients, develop an understanding of key functional / business issues, and advise leaders on effective solutions.
•    Create a change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholder identification and sponsorship management, communications, training, and organizational readiness assessment. Integrate content of communication, training and change activities to ensure focus on behavioral change.
•    Identify human and organizational risks and develop and maintain the project's Organization Change Management Plan.
•    Design, develop, and execute organizational assessments and surveys; consults on how to action them in the business
•    Advise teams on principles and actions to build their High-Performing Team capability
•    Understand the significance of the changes within the functional areas to provide information and recommendations regarding expected organization impacts.
•    Manage and promote realistic expectations of the organization regarding new systems and processes, e.g., capabilities, features, etc.
•    Develop and execute specific change tasks and deliverables and facilitate organizational change events when required (for example, Organization Design Workshop).
•    Develop and manage the implementation of the project communications strategy.
•    Generate and maintain advocacy at the executive level of the respective organizations and stakeholder buy-in for the implementation project.
•    Support the impacted businesses with information needed. Detailed frameworks, where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary activities to minimize organizational risks.
•    Measure effectiveness of change management plans and adjust where necessary.
•    Serve as a change management and organizational effectiveness advisor to teams and leaders as needed.
 

Qualifications

Required Education:
•    A bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in Business, Human Resources, Education or Organizational Effectiveness related field is required for this role; preference for a master’s degree in industrial / organizational psychology.

 

 Required Experience:
•    10+ years of experience with demonstrated success in Talent Management and Organization Development/Effectiveness.
•    People analytics capability including the ability to design, develop, administer and generate insights for organization assessments. 
•    Demonstrated success in creating meeting designs, training programs, curriculums, and materials aligned to improve business outcomes.
•    Consulting experience in talent / organization effectiveness area of specialty: Human Performance, Change Management, Talent Management, Organization Transformation including change management responsibility for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, or organizational development projects in large, global organizations.
•    Experience and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and be energized by partnering with our senior leadership team and human resources team.

 


 Preferred Experience:
•    Experience in teaching and/or advising others in the areas of talent management and talent development, High Performing Teams, Change Management, Communication, Leadership, etc.
•    Desired certifications: Design Thinking, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Hogan Assessments, Coaching (BluePoint or other external), commonly used Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, etc.), MBTI, DISC, etc.
