Marketing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT to manage and improve common systems and tools related to market segments (Digitized Market Map System (Matrix, MapIt, Digitized Offers, connections to other systems)
  • Measure progress of plan development and other items related to market segments and running the business by segment
  • Utilization of Segment-Level Financial Tools e.g. VM Waterfall, Volume Waterfall, etc
  • Partnering with IT to enable the KPI metrics and dashboard
  • Training on systems/tools
  • Roll out Matrix Macro dashboard as appropriate
  • Corporate Market Code management – approve new CMCs
  • Digitized offers - work with IT to develop/implement digitized offer infrastructure

EBME/Stage-Gate

  • Build/improve/manage Web-based resources for Marketing (EBME portal, Teams site, Marketing site)
  • Market strategy execution

Measurement of results

  • Work with IT to continue to enhance/improve representation of market segments in SFDC, including opportunities

EVE/Value pricing

  • Management of LeveragePoint relationship/seats (including fulfilling contract stewardship obligations, management of consulting hours, requests for enhancements to software, troubleshooting issues, etc.)    
  • Improvement projects with LeveragePoint to inlcude training 

Metrics

  • Develop knowledge of process-related items, including managing SG projects (work with GPS team)
  • Support portfolio management routine by measuring the process and helping with improvements

Launch results

  • Improvements to the SFDC Launch Effectiveness Dashboard
  • Tracking project results and measuring overall launch results
  • Updating any training on Launch Effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Marketing experience, knowledge of SFDC, data visualization experience
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel and PowerBI developement
