Responsibilities: Scale Up and Process Innovation (Kingsport, TN)

· Hands on laboratory work 

· Developing new product concepts and the processes required for commercialization 

· Rapid prototype design and execution of bench scale demonstration units 

· Global process development and innovation organization 

· At interface between Business needs and Technology 

Responsibilities: Process Engineering (Kingsport, TN)

· Design and evaluate chemical processes, unit operations and control strategies 

· Troubleshoot processes, equipment issues and control systems 

· Build models, using simulation and data analysis 

· Apply theoretical concepts to solve real problems 

· Work in a highly collaborative environment, among subject-matter experts with global influence

Responsibilities: Process Improvement (Kingsport, TN)

· Opportunity to gain experience through multi-site or single site assignments 

· Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to identify and drive improvement ideas 

· Embedded in assigned manufacturing area(s) serving as process expert 

· Lead multifunctional teams to execute capital projects 

· Assist with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting 

· Provide technical support for shutdowns and startups

Qualifications

Desired Skills, Attributes, Experience, and Education

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university. 

· This position is for an entry-level Chemical Engineer. Less than 2 years of post-graduate experience is preferred.
