  • Translate business objectives into executable scope of design
  • Lead teams of peers through project management skills to convert concepts to commercial scale plant design via Engineering Feasibility Studies [FEL2] and Technical Definition Efforts (TDEs) [FEL3A]
  • Manage projects sized $3M and greater with teams of 5-80 members with multi-functional and multi-national contributors
  • Communicate project progress in report and presentation form to stakeholders corporation wide
  • Embrace continuous process improvement for project execution and encourage non-traditional or changing work processes
  • Be a self-starter and a self-motivator (self-motivated: troubleshoots and solves problems as well as seeks out advice with minimal guidance)




  • BS degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience
  • Strong background in team leadership and project management
  • Possess ability to influence without authority
  • Experience working on capital projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
