What You Will Do

 

Our Diversity Talent Sourcer is passionate about driving a network of diverse talent into Eastman’s talent pipelines for exempt technology positions. We are building the future! We use data and digital tools to identify the best sources and strategies for attracting diverse talent.  We actively build pipelines of talent to not only stay ahead of the competition but ensure the future of the organization is even better than we are today.

 


•    In this role you will work closely with our Diversity Sourcer of Strategic Partnerships to build and nurture relationships with diverse and multicultural professional networks, strategic partners, and our Internal Employee Resource Groups
•    Partner with Talent Acquisition team members as well as hiring managers as a diversity recruitment subject matter expert.
•    The diversity sourcer looks for talent everywhere and not just for those with convenient social profiles. You will use key competencies and technical proficiencies that drive success to develop a successful employee values proposition.
•    By applying a consultancy approach, effectively leveraging and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive successful acquisition of talent. 
•    Maintain compliance related activities and have deep domain knowledge of OFCCP, EEO and Affirmation Action general guidelines and requirements
•    Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to assess sourcing channel effectiveness as well as identify opportunities, interventions and initiatives for improvement.

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Three plus years of experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting passive candidates along with a passion for building and nurturing relationships along with:
  • Thorough knowledge of/experience recruiting for professional STEM related roles; knowledge and expertise in market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Inclusion and Diversity principles
  • Proven experience contacting, attracting, qualifying, and converting high-potential prospects through multiple channels
