Overview: Eastman is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Representative to join the Marketing Automation team and optimize marketing processes, systems, and data flow. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies, particularly Marketo Engage and Salesforce Sales Cloud, to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- System Optimization and Administration: Oversee the architecture and administration of Marketo and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Manage integrations, API maintenance, user administration, and the implementation of operational campaigns. Expert voice in the cross-functional tech stack discussion it relates to marketing operations.
- CRM/Marketing Automation Leader: Visionary for best practices in email marketing strategy, customer relationship marketing, data management and quality assurance.
- Leadership and Team Management: Manage the Marketing Automation (MA) team, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals, helping with work assignments and workflows. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement through metrics-based decisions.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Work with key stakeholders to scope and implement comprehensive marketing operations strategies that support lead generation, lead nurturing, and campaign management using automation whenever possible. Ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Data Stewardship and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data flow across marketing systems. Define and manage change around definitions for Marketing Qualified and Sales Accepted, further driving development in this space. Develop and deliver insightful reports on key performance metrics, including lead funnel metrics and campaign performance using Salesforce and Marketo. Must maintain a keen understanding of privacy law.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline marketing operations processes. Enhance lead assignment rules, privacy systems, attribution modeling and operational campaigns to drive efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective marketing solutions through journey maps and marketing automation programs. Provide support and training for Salesforce users and other team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in advertising, PR, Marketing, Journalism or Related Field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations and automation, particularly with Marketo and Salesforce Sales Cloud; proficiency in CSS and HTML a must
- High proficiency in marketing automation, data management, and system optimization. Experience with CRM data models, API integration, and reporting
- Marketo Practitioner and/or Salesforce Admin Certification preferred; B2B experience preferred.
