Role Profile

The Demand Analyst, works at the direction of the Demand Manager along with the Supply Manager and the Financial Manager, form a core team responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operation of the monthly planning and forecasting process.

  • Manipulate APO forecast at the customer offset level
  • To translate DCP to SCP
  • To update demand forecast to align with SCP, OOTB, confirmed/unconfirmed order visibility, etc.
  • Constraint adjustment loading, working with product managers
  • Support forecast loads into SAP-APO during monthly forecast process
  • Support of analytical reviews of forecast accuracy and misc. sales adjustments
  • Interaction with Business Specialists on BMAS and Solar changes
  • Ensures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrences
  • Supports Demand Manager in the monthly forecasting process at both the detail (short term) and aggregate (mid and long term) level to create a 24-month rolling demand plan

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience 

  • Associates Degree or in-process Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university is required.  (Science, Finance or Engineering all preferred)
  • 0-5 years of experience
