Responsibilities
Office 365 Administration / Configuration
⦁ General working knowledge of IT Security, Active Directory, and single sign-on solutions.
⦁ Interest and motivation towards next generation cloud services.
⦁ Define Office 365 strategy, roadmap and commitment to change.
⦁ Infrastructure Administration & solution design with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 and/or Azure cloud.
⦁ Experience designing, building, deploying, and managing workloads in Office 365.
⦁ Mail flow concepts and security concepts
⦁ Windows PowerShell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Server
⦁ Work with the latest Microsoft technologies to solve real business problems and manage clients and their expectations
⦁ Practical Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 as an admin and/or consultant
⦁ Understand and maintain Office 365 licensing.
⦁ Expertise in implementing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft 365 business solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and any related technologies.
⦁ Keep up to date on Microsoft’s Message Center. Share changes and new features with stakeholders and lead virtual and in-person training sessions.
⦁ Office graph development is a plus
⦁ Understand mail authentication
⦁ Ability to read email message headers and troubleshoot related issues.
On Premises System Administration
⦁ Exchange Server 2019 Setup / Configuration / SMTP relay
⦁ SharePoint knowledge a plus
Enterprise Productivity Software Administration
⦁ Training, Documentation, Knowledge Transfer: Serves as an expert in Office 365 products to provide effective operational and technical advice around these technologies.
⦁ In-depth understanding of OneDrive for Business functionality, document sharing processes, and strategies
⦁ Microsoft Office productivity software suite
⦁ Troubleshoot issues with Office software deployment
⦁ GPO/Office Apps Policy Configuration
⦁ Microsoft Information Protection knowledge is a plus
⦁ Support various productivity software packages both Microsoft and non-Microsoft.
Personal Skills
⦁ Share best practices with internal team members and clients
⦁ Knowledge of ITIL processes is required, including change and incident management.
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⦁ Security focused
Qualifications
Education and Experience ⦁ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable degrees ⦁ Less than 2 years of post-graduate experience is preferred. |
