Description
The COE Process Connect Analyst serves as a liaison and connector to the global GSC community to drive process improvements, lead ideation, support key projects and launches, and strengthen overall execution across the organization. This role leads and designs training curricula to support capability building and adoption, helps ensure training materials and documentation remain current, and partners with teams to monitor comprehension and effectiveness, continuously advancing our training curricula to strengthen learner impact and organizational readiness. In addition, the role supports compliance activities as needed, including SOX-related requirements and invoice control processes, while also providing backup operational support across systems and customer service activities. Overall, this position blends process improvement, execution, training, systems support, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Establish connections within GSC to drive and lead process improvements, including supporting prioritization and defining value and to lead ideation engagements.
- Lead and design global training curricula, advancing our digital footprint/functionality
- Engage on projects and initiatives (e.g. Move, E-Invoicing, Price FX, CIM) and serve on launch support teams
- Resource for testing new functionality
- Maintain a supportive role for SOX compliance as needed and drive automation or digital options to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support End‑of‑Month activities for NAR (Ensure all expected invoices are passed to Finance by last day of each month)
- SOX 2, 4 and 21 reporting (NA) – bimonthly
- Monitor blocked invoices throughout the month to ensure they pass using the YBILLSALES transaction
- Lead the evaluation of opportunities to integrate AI and automation into compliance processes.
- Ensure training curricula meets the needs of the GSC community thru monitor adoption and comprehension
- Reinforce adoption through follow‑ups, Q&A support, and structured feedback loops
- Partner with subject matter experts to create, update, and standardize policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Design, coordinate, and support training for Order Management teams, with emphasis on standard work, compliance requirements, and process changes
- Develop training materials, job aids, and reference documentation to support consistent execution
- Provide training to all new NA CSRs
- Coordinate training subjects for global monthly CSR training / refreshers
- Lead other training sessions as needed. E.g. Rollouts of new initiatives/launches, AI & Automation initiatives
- Ensure training documentation and version control is properly maintained and updated to remain current (e.g. SNOW work instructions and revamped curricula)
- Approving type of material changes for products
- Back up for Salesforce CSR support
- Back up for SAP Support and SNOW tickets
- Back up to monitor the Edoc Cockpit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in project management, supply chain, compliance, or business process improvement roles
- Project Management Experience (strong documentation, reporting, and process‑mapping skills)
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in AI and automation solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
