This is a Limited Service Employee (contractor) opportunity with a maximum of 25 hours per week with a maximum of 1,300 hours per year.

This role can be performed either remotely or at the Kingsport Corporate Office.

The LSE Accounts Receivable Analyst is assigned to Treasury/Global Credit and reports directly to the Global Process Excellence Manager. The role is a Limited-Service Role in that hours worked may not exceed a set amount each year. The role serves as a global resource for reporting and special projects related to Accounts Receivable and Credit.  




  • Prepares quarterly bad debt reserve and monthly bad debt reserve forecast
  • Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable 24 month forecast and waterfall comparisons to be shared with business, accounting, and finance leadership to inform decisions for meeting annual cash flow goals.
  • Provide active support for audit and special data analysis requests as time allows.



Functional Skills and Capabilities:


  • Understanding of Accounting Principles, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and Credit.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Power BI (preferred)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain complex information clearly and concisely.  
  • High level of initiative and good judgment.
  • Ability to work with different personalities, cultures and levels of management.



 Required Education and/or Experience: 


  • Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).)
  • Background in Credit, Accounts Receivable or Cash Application.
  • Experience with forecasting Accounts Receivable or Bad Debt Reserve (preferred).
