This role can be performed either remotely or at the Kingsport Corporate Office.


Accounts Receivable Analyst is assigned to Treasury/Global Credit and supports a global, large and complex accounts receivable portfolio. Provides month forecasting and sensitivity analysis as well as supports business teams in understanding key drivers for changes in accounts receivable such that appropriate decisions can be made to optimize overall working capital outcomes.  Overall steward of AR forecasting model driving ongoing improvements in capabilities.





  • Prepares monthly Accounts Receivable 24 month forecast and waterfall comparisons to be shared with business, accounting, and finance leadership to inform decisions for meeting annual cash flow goals.
  • Prepares quarterly bad debt reserve and monthly bad debt reserve forecast
  • Partners with a broader range of individuals including business teams, accounting/finance teams and cross functional peers to aid decision support and tactical execution
  • Participates actively as a member of working capital team and provides presentation package for comprehensive view of accounts receivable actual results and forecast drivers
  • Identifies and drives ongoing improvements in process. Shares practices and collaborates cross functionally.
  • Delivers analysis package on AR forecast and Bad Debt for monthly Treasury Forecast and communicates key messages and drivers to Treasury Leadership team.




Functional Skills and Capabilities


  • Foundational accounting experience with understanding and knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills.  Able to explain complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and technical skills
  • Productivity / Ongoing improvement mindset
  • High level of initiative and good judgement.
  • Proficient in Excel and Financial Analysis



Required Experience / Education 


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance required
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Accounts Receivable
  • Experience participating in software program development projects (preferred).
  • Experienced in project management
