Role: Talent Acquisition Partner, LSE (Limited Service Employee); Eastman Headquarters - Kingsport, TN

  • Help define, cultivate, and communicate an organizational culture that attracts and retains employees
  • Take initiative to anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation of talent strategies
  • Partner with additional internal teams such as Sourcing, Operations, and Human Resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, SuccessFactors, to ensure data integrity
  • Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires to ensure partnership on value-add data requests
  • Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process
  • Effectively negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
  • Interact at all levels of the organization and recruit for cross-functional roles as needs arise
  • Support peers during vacation or leave periods

    About your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • Can speak to prior corporate recruitment for a diverse level of clients; 5+ years of successful in-house recruiting experience hiring top talent in a fast-paced, growing company; this role is not an entry level position
  • Blended background of talent acquisition and HR Generalist work is preferred
  • Able to demonstrate recruitment authority on multiple skill-pools like engineering, commercial, marketing, finance, human resources, or other corporate functions.
  • Able to deliver relevant anecdotes of prior partnership with senior leaders to identify where best fit talent strategies should be employed
  • Solid understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiations/closing and relationship management
