Description

The Pricing Solutions Representative in the Product and Price Management (PPM) Center of Excellence plays a critical role in supporting Eastman’s pricing processes.  In addition to process support, the role will also be involved in process development and improvement, training and coaching, best practice sharing and consulting, and developing/interpreting analytics results.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Understand pricing-related processes
  • Onboarding/training/coaching of Pricing Analysts and Pricing and Product Managers on existing processes, best practices, tools, and compliance expectations
  • Monitor and respond to support requests from Customer Service Representatives, Pricing Analysts and all other business partners for all Pricing related issues in various systems
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance monitoring
  • Use and maintain the Troubleshooting Guide for basic support requests
  • Proficient in the use of Vendavo, SAP, and SalesForce for pricing applications

 

Qualifications

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Pricing or Customer Service roles

 

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience troubleshooting Vendavo workflow and technical issues is preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience troubleshooting price application issues in SAP is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and the ability to work in a global team setting
  • Ability to think and operate independently; independent problem solving
  • Proficient use of standard software packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for problem solving and decision analysis
