Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing voice infrastructure including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Session Border Controllers (SBC), VoIP phones and other related applications.
• Analyst will be involved in resolving support incidents, processing service requests, process reviews/enhancements and documentation review/updates.
• Maintain accurate inventory of Voice, Video and A/V assets at the site.
• Work closely with regional IT teams and other IT support personnel across multiple sites and regions.
Working conditions/Physical requirements:
• This job requires employee to be present in office.
• To be able to work with users.
• Visiting users' desk / conference rooms to resolve issues with video conferencing equipment as required.
• On-call standby as necessary
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of work experience .
