Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Payable Team Lead to oversee the EMEA/US A/P process, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. As the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in team member development, invoicing, payments, query resolution, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for invoice processing activities for US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions executed by team of Accounts Payable professionals.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and technical supervision to team members, including work assignments and resource management.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback, performance reviews, and training coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment that promotes efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and KPIs for Accounts Payable processing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend methods to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP and SOX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, M.E/M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA or Equivalent experience. 5–10 years of Salesforce experience (Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, advanced formulas, workflow rules, and automation strategies.
  • Experience integrating with external systems and middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi).
  • Familiarity with client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React, Backbone) is helpful.
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git, SVN) and build tools (Jenkins, ANT).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a global collaboration environment data migration.
