  • Developing global talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans with stakeholders
  • Implementing strategies through the team
  • Present periodic and on demand TA reports and Dashboard to stake holders and executives
  • Ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Ensuring that the team provides Eastman’s organizations with diverse candidate interview slates
  •  Sourcing to feed the various pipelines
  • Collaborating on retention and development with HR Leader
  • Manage and maintain relationship with external sourcing partners, Universities
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Supervising and training to ensuring the standard hiring operating procedures are followed
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback to individual on the team and to hiring managers
  • Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement and close existing gaps in process
  • Determining current and future talent needs and producing forecasts
  • Keeping current on market trends and competitive markets and sharing with the broader Talent Management team


  • 8 plus years of proven experience growing managing hiring at multiples levels
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting; from building awareness, attraction to acquisition
  • Proven efficiency in broadcasting branding across multiple media
  • Excellent communicator, Well-organized and strategic thinker
  • Preferred MBA or Post Graduation in Management
  • Accountable for supervising end to end recruitment life cycle
