  1. Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
  2. Establish and maintain cost control procedures.
  3. Liaise with planning, cost, and estimating engineering functions and accounting/administrative functions on cost control matters.
  4. Monitors and reports information for master plan roll-ups.
  5. Provide commercial input and technical review of tenders and proposals.
  6. Ensure that budget forecasts, progress monitoring, cost reporting and corrective action, information systems procedures meet specific projects requirements.
  7. Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches.
  8. Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
  9. Establish & monitor key performance indicators.
  10. Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performances.
  11. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.


1.    Strong understanding of project control methodologies and procedures.
2.    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience in relevant EPC Project Controls function.
3.    Hands-on experience on Primavera P6.
4.    Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
5.    Exceptional research and reporting skills.
6.    Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships.
7.    Ability to stay up to date with market trends, movement, and innovations.
8.    Good communication skills for presenting new ideas and strategies that can improve current planning processes. 
9.    Having knowledge or working experience on following tools is a bonus – MS Projects, SAP, Minitab, PowerBI and Tableau.
