Job Details

Educational Qualification required
1) Diploma/B-Tech in mechanical engineering

Technical:-
1)   Understanding of P&IDs & project work flow
2)   Equipment modelling using E3D/PDMS software for tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, compressors etc etc.
3)   Piping Modelling using E3D software for Process and utility lines as per the P&ID
4)   Pipe Support modelling and updating as per the stress engineer updates.
5)   Piping GA Extraction from Draft
6)   Piping iso-metric extraction from Iso-draft.
7)   Knowledge in LFM data (laser scan).
8)   Ability to add value and optimize the design.
9)   Ability to drive 3D model review
10)   Knowledge of ASME Codes and standards
11)   Knowledge of ASTM Material standard (Piping materials Standards).
12)   Inter disciplinary check

General:-
1)   Communicate effectively with in the piping team and project Team
2)   Establish and maintain good working relationships with the team.
3)   Should be Good team player
