Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Shared Services Centre in India. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing employee queries and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment.
Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
Performance and Development: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies, and assist in policy development and implementation.
Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement.
Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field as a minimum.
8+ years of proven experience as an HR Advisor / Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a shared services environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices and local labour laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
