A Shared Services support model for Human Resources is being established in Hyderabad, India with the objective of providing support services and process improvement/automation for the global HR community. This office is located at WaveRock IT SEZ Park.


Job Details

Experience :  2-3 years of experience supporting a talent acquisition, ideally with campus recruiting and onboarding.
Qualification: 16 years of education - fields of Human Resources/IT/Business/related areas (B.E/B.TECH/MCA/MSC...)

Description: We are looking for a Specialist to support the intern/co-op hiring process, from offer to assignment completion, for students getting practical experience as part of their education.  Ensures HR processes are coordinated and conducted in an accurate, timely and efficient manner and provides communication throughout the assignment.  Continuously updates required information in Campus Recruiting share point site and keeps the University Relations team informed throughout each assignment with updates on progress. Creates and maintains master spreadsheets to track all information required from hire to end of assignment. Supports administration of the Ready2Work high school internship program from hire to assignment end. Consistently communicates via email with the students, their supervisors/mentors and HR before, during and at the end of each assignment and manages calendars for events at the beginning and end of the term.  In addition, the Specialist will participate in a variety of HR process improvement and automation projects as needed.


Skills required:

Proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. Applicant Tracking System, background check system, etc.).  Familiarity with SAP is recommended but not required.

Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.  Must have demonstrated proficiency with written English.

Serve as project leader and/or project member as assigned

Able to work without close supervision - demonstrates initiative and must be proactive

Handle confidential information without compromising content to others

Must demonstrate close attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing the flow of work

Must have good time management skills and meet assignment deadlines

Display accuracy in work product

Ability to adapt to quickly changing deadlines and priorities.
