HR Info System Analyst-Experienced

Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR Specialist who will work with the Eastman team on the setup, testing and support of the SuccessFactors Talent Management module Performance and Goals Management and Continuous Feedback and Coaching.  Under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager, completes annual setup of and testing of goals, assessment forms and the mid-year/year-end calibration process.  Builds, updates and modifies reports that support the assessment process, routes or reassigns assessment forms throughout the mid-year and year-end review process.  Creates and modifies job aids and training materials for employees, leaders and HR team. Provides end user training and support as needed. 

Working with Eastman’s AMS partner, reviews release notes and completes release testing.  Set up and test new features and system functionality.  Works with HR Client Services, Talent Management and site leadership to develop new assessment tools as needed to broaden the use of the PMGM module to support performance management for new hires, operations employees, apprentices and other groups as identified.  In addition, the Specialist will participate in a variety of HR process improvement and automation projects as needed.

Qualifications

Experience :  2-3 years of experience supporting a cloud HCM solution (ideal candidate will have experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as the Talent Management modules)
Qualification: 16 years of education - fields of Human Resources/IT/Business/related areas (B.E/B.TECH/MCA/MSC...)
