Role Description

Note: 2024 Pass out candidates and from CSE or IT Background only.

Proficient in use of the English language, both written and verbal.
•   Good communication skills, quick learning ability, interested working in support function.
•   Strong interpersonal and appropriate professional, courteous, and respectful communication skills. Effective and proactive communication on incident status etc.
•   Will be part of the team in Eastman global Infrastructure Operations Center.
•   Leverage all available tools (i.e. SolarWinds, SCOM, Service Now) to proactively monitor IT infrastructure elements including network, server & communication links etc.
•   Able to use analytical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting & resolving incidents.
•   Able to monitor and perform first line troubleshooting support based on training and documentation provided.
•   Able to work collaboratively with other Global IT resources to ensure proper handling of operations.
•   Able to work a 12-hour shift schedule in a day. (4 days work, 4 days OFF )
•   To understand & follow SOPs / work instructions as per business requirement.
•   Candidate must be in Hyderabad. No WFH due to nature of the job.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelor of Engineering Computer science or Information Technology.
Experience: Fresher
