Role Description :
The Credit and Collections department is a key component of Eastman’s finance organization. The team is responsible for the collection’s activity across APAC, EMEA. LAR and NAR regions to ensure timely cash collections to reach Eastman’s cash flow targets.
We currently have a Credit Representative role in Hyderabad, India
Key Responsibilties:
• Manage and execute the end-to-end collections process for B2B accounts
• Communicate with customers to secure timely payments
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection letters
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales and Business) to reconcile accounts and resolve issues
• Escalate high-risk accounts and credit concerns appropriately
• Timely release of order blocks
• Establish new customer credit limit
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Basic Qualifications :
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B collections, preferably with US customers
• Strong understanding of credit and collections processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
