Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•   Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing network infrastructure.
•   Analyst will be involved in resolving support incidents, processing service requests, process reviews/enhancements and documentation review/updates.
•   Maintain accurate inventory of Network devices , circuits , rack diagrams etc at the site.
•   Work closely with regional IT & global teams and other IT support personnel across multiple sites and regions.
•   Participate in team meetings , change management meetings .

•   Proficient use of the English language, both written and verbal.
•   Strong interpersonal and appropriate professional, courteous, and respectful communication skills. Effective and proactive communication on issues, status, etc…
•   Able to follow documented processes.
•   Able to perform first line troubleshooting & work collaboratively with other Global IT resources.
•   Demonstrate initiative, proactively drive issues to resolution in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of work experience .

Technical Skills:
•   15 years experience in LAN,WAN, MPLS networks , Firewalls, cisco networking , Palo alto etc .
•   Working knowledge on enterprise networks, including L2/L3 switching , routing ,Wireless networks , MPLS, Network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds etc .
•   Good trouble shooting & problem solving skills.
Good understanding and ability to troubleshoot the following :
o   Dynamic routing protocols such as BGP,OSPF and EIGRP
o   VLANs, 802.1x, ACL’s, Port Channels, NAC
o   Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ISR/ASR
o   Syslog
o   Packet capture
o   Experience with Prisma SD-WAN or Fortinet SD-WAN a plus

Wireless networks

o   Good Knowledge in Wireless LAN Topologies and Protocols
o   Wireless LAN creation and mapping to VLANs and its SSIDs.
o   Implementing controller based Network deployments.
o   Hands on experience on Wireless Controllers
o   Wireless security Protocols
o   Troubleshooting Wireless connectivity and communications.
o   Cisco ISE

Desired Certifications:

• CCNA & above
