Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Responsible for growing SP Durable Goods Business with distributors in South China.
• Achieve annual sales/ performance target.
• Build strong customer engagement and develop capability and discover opportunities for future growth.
• Provide support to Sales Manager on monitor the China distributor reporting, performance reviews, assess distributors, demand forecast and monitor logistical performance, etc…
• Prospect for new customers for new/existing SP products in targeted segments
• Work with and support SP Marketing, Business Development Manager and Technology personnel in their activities to develop new business and protect existing business with distributors’ sales forces as an extension of SP’s sales teams.
• Leverage the related resources to educate distributor sales and change their behaviors focusing on selling the value of our products to all the value chain customers.
• Other management work related to Gr. China distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and above.
• 3~5 years working experience in MNC.
• Strong communication skills and strong drive to move through the matrix.
• Good business acumen, business development and negotiation skill.
• Highly motivated individual and high degree of self-reliance and initiative.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Team work.
