Account Manager, PF

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demand Creation & New Business Development:

1.     Work with KA team and distributors to spec-in Eastman PF portfolio in key accounts such as auto manufacturers and large 4S groups; win centralized procurement of these key accounts

2.     Fulfill annual revenue targets and grow Eastman brands penetration among key accounts, with special focus on operational excellence at 4s store level

3.     Promote Eastman PF brands among KA customers; increase brand awareness and brand reputation

4.     Implement PF sales/ marketing strategy among KA customers

Management and Supportive Role to KA Distributors

1.     Set up and manage distributors to serve the newly developed key accounts, when necessary

2.     Provide products training and sales training to KA distributors; enhance distributor capability

3.    Develop and implement joint market development/ promotion programs with distributors to gain market shares for Eastman brands

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT(INCLUDING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

1.     Bachelor degree

2.     At least 8 years of selling experience

a.     Prior experience with auto manufacturers or 4s groups is preferred

b.     Selling experience (initiating, negotiation, etc) to big projects is preferred

3.     Willingness to travel

4.     Good oral and written English

5.     Good communication skills

6.     Self-motivating and be able to work independently as well as a team

7.     Computer literacy- Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint
