Integrated planner

Within EMEA Supply Chain, we currently have a vacancy for an Integrated Planner

Location: Ghent South- Belgium

Join our team as an Integrated Planner and become the vital link connecting business, sales, customer service, logistics, and manufacturing. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless supply process for the next 0-6 months, aligning with the needs of both internal and external customers while adhering to business and functional guidelines. You will focus on short-term planning, scheduling, and inventory management, collaborating closely with supply managers, demand managers, manufacturing leaders, and sales representatives in the region. This role provides excellent opportunities for career development across various tracks and reports directly to the Regional Planning Manager AMI.

Job responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing production schedules aligned with business strategies.
  • Monitoring and optimizing supply plans for asset optimization, logistics, inventory control, and minimizing transitions.
  • Evaluating supply capabilities for new business opportunities.
  • Modeling scenarios and proposing solutions for varying supply/demand conditions.
  • Identifying constraints and proposing alternatives for unmet demand.
  • Resolving plan variances and analyzing KPIs to meet targets.
  • Managing raw material requirements and controlling inventory levels.
  • Maintaining master data for planning tools.
  • Participating in projects and engaging in CRM deployment.
  • Initiating improvements in automation, digitization, and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in engineering (business, mechanical, chemical, industrial, bio-, civil, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the field of Production Planning & Inventory Management in as asset
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English is required
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP, OMP, advanced Excel and Power BI skills is a plus
