Your role
As an HR Project Manager, you take the lead in planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic HR projects across the organization.
You drive the successful delivery of projects and processes covering key HR areas such as compensation and benefits, talent and performance management, change management, and union relationships, all within an industrial production context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage various HR projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams consisting of HR professionals and other stakeholders.
- Create, update and track project plans, timelines, risk analyses, and communication strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes to management.
- Analyze HR data to identify insights and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and best practices.
- Support change management and facilitate internal communication related to HR projects.
Requirements and Competencies
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR project management or HR consultancy.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
Skills
- Proven expertise in project management and organizational insight.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Talent for engaging stakeholders and building alignment
- Analytical thinker with a focus on delivering results
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
- Effective negotiation skills
