Technical Service Representative Animal Nutrition Spain

This is the role

•    Understand the customer’s demands and challenges.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technology and Quality Assurance, to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in feed technology, and share relevant information with internal teams and customers.
•    Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
•    Provide technical content to product presentations, leaflets and brochures to support sales and create papers and posters for technical forums.
•    Act as a technical advisor to the sales team, and assist with customer inquiries, product positioning, and market development.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
•    Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical forums.  
 

This is what you bring

•    Master’s degree in animal nutrition, animal production, animal health, veterinary science or similar.
•    Relevant experience in animal feed/ feed additive industry in a customer-facing technical role is required.
•    Demonstrable profound knowledge of animal health/animal nutrition/chemistry.
•    Excellent training skills and ability to create compelling presentations and write technical reports.
•    Able to write animal trial protocols and interpret trial results.
•    Full professional proficiency  in Spanish and English is required.
•    Willing to undertake local and international travel up to 30% of your time.
