Responsibilities
- Provides guidance, support, direction, and leadership through positive interactions with all Eastman personnel.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day shipping functions such as handling sales orders, documentation, loading and unloading trucks, putting stock away, pulling rolls for orders, cutting/rewinding rolls for orders, making boxes, performing general housekeeping and ensuring all related information is completed accurately.
- They are to ensure PFW is meeting customer requirements including deadlines and quality standards.

- Have or possess the ability to learn, a general knowledge of the division, safety and regulatory requirements for the division, basic computer skills, and become knowledgeable of a variety of software packages including corporate systems, i.e., Microsoft Office products, Intranet, SAP, computer dispatch system, Sharepoint, etc.
- Demonstrate a commitment of safety and be a role model for safe behaviors at the site.
- Be able to accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Must work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to understand and retain training at PFW.
- Must be able to effectively apply these learnings on the job.
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push.
- Must be able to use pallet jack and all PIT equipment.
- Must be able to use and understand documents such as SOPs, JSAs, JST's, process Procedures, Genesis Documents, Etc.
- Must be capable of handling stressful emergency situations and do complex troubleshooting, and then take timely corrective action.
- Must Maintain satisfactory progress in job progression
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- PI License (sitdown, reach truck, manual and electric pallet jacks)
Note: This will be night shift position – schedule 7:45pm to 8 am
The base salary range for this position is $18.64/hour.
