Role Description

Are you a driven sales leader ready to inspire and elevate a high-performing team across a dynamic and diverse market? We’re seeking a Sales Manager EMEA who thrives on coaching excellence, strategic execution, and delivering outstanding commercial results. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, shape, and empower a sales organization that’s critical to our business growth across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales performance across the EMEA region, translating ambitious business strategies into clear, measurable targets and actionable plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Build, develop, and motivate a world-class sales team by recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and peak performance.
  • Make coaching your highest priority—identify skill gaps and development opportunities at both the team and individual level, delivering tailored coaching that builds capability and confidence.
  • Engage directly with your team on high-stakes deals, providing hands-on support to secure key wins and accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Be a proactive barrier-buster, working cross-functionally to remove obstacles and create an environment where your sales team can focus on what they do best—winning customers.
  • Champion the use of leading-edge sales methodologies including Consultative Selling, Value Selling, Miller Heiman, and Challenger Sales to differentiate our approach and deepen customer relationships.
  • Drive rigorous forecasting discipline and performance analysis with data-driven insights that enable smart resource allocation and strategic decision-making.
  • Inspire a “Winning with Customers” mindset, ensuring your team consistently delivers compelling value propositions and leverages economic insights to influence buying decisions.
  • Promote collaboration across business units, unlocking cross-selling opportunities that maximize customer value and accelerate growth.
  • Maintain flawless sales execution with up-to-date account plans, territory strategies, and opportunity reviews, all documented and managed within CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
  • A proven track record of at least 10 years in B2B sales, with progressive leadership experience managing and developing sales teams across multiple markets.
  • Deep expertise in modern sales methodologies, especially Consultative, Value, Miller Heiman, and Challenger Sales, with hands-on experience coaching teams to apply these effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and unlocking potential in others.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data and sales analytics to drive performance and strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ across EMEA to engage with teams and customers, demonstrating hands-on leadership and market presence.
