Key Accountabilities

• 全面掌握公司特有的工艺流程、供应商网络与客户质量要求。
• 系统梳理并优化现有质量文件、检验标准与案例库，实现隐性知识的显性化与传承。
• 负责日常质量监控、过程控制（SPC）、不合格品处理及客户投诉的闭环管理。
• 特别关注外观件质量标准，以及涂布、挤出等核心工艺的过程能力提升。
• 作为关键纽带，确保总部质量要求与本土执行之间的准确、高效传达。
• 协同生产、工艺、研发部门，推动跨部门质量改进项目，降低质量成本。
• 在过渡期逐步承担团队指导与培养职责。
• 营造学习氛围，帮助团队提升在质量工具和跨文化沟通方面的能力。

Process and Technology:

• 熟悉涂布工艺，了解并识别关键工艺参数对产品光学特性和力学特性等潜在影响；
• 精通6西格玛、FMEA等风险预防工具，能协助工程和生产针对工艺变异制定预防措施；
• 能数量运用SPC监控质量特性，通过Cp/Cpk分析工程能力，及时发现异常趋势并推动纠正措施；
• 主导工艺变更的质量验证，确保变更后的产品符合客户规格；
• 熟悉汽车膜相关标准，能将标准要求转化为内控标准；能解读OEM客户等的特殊要求，并确保满足客户要求；
• 具备与工艺工程师、生产团队协同解决工艺问题的经验，能通过质量工具（8D、5Why）推动根本原因分析并验证改进效果；能评估关键材料供应商的工艺稳定性，确保来料符合质量标准；

Qualifications and Requirements

 本科及以上学历，工程或材料相关专业，年龄40岁以下；

• 5年以上制造业质量管理经验；
• 有以下经验，优先考虑，具备外观件质量管理经验，熟悉表面缺陷的判定与控制；拥有光学膜、涂布、挤出等精密涂布行业工艺或质量经验；具备汽车行业质量工程经验，熟悉IATF16949及主流客户审核流程
• 英语能力：良好的英文读写能力，可独立处理英文技术文件与报告；
• 专业能力：熟悉核心质量工具；
• 谦虚务实：尊重历史与经验，具备空杯心态和学习精神。；
• 严谨细致：坚持原则，对数据和细节敏感，做事扎实；
