International oriented Human Resources Internship

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Handles logistics and administration around international employee assignments, f.e. in- and out of country, housing, immigration, taxation, invoicing, shadow payroll including close monitoring of the whole process including interface with 3rd parties and HR partners (both within EMEA region and U.S.)
  • Supporting drafting of internal policy and process flows focused on the international assignments;
  • HR-reporting and analysis (SAP and excel);  
  • Process improvements: templates, forms, checklists and standard letters (English only);
  • Share-points: improve functionality & look and feel;
  • Involvement in specific projects.


    Education, work experience, skills:

  • Third year Bachelor (HR, MER of Economics, Psychology)
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office/SAP and share point experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Dutch (verbal and written);
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality;
  • Flexible, accurate (eye for detail) and proactive, supportive attitude with a ‘can-do’ mentality;
