Account Manager, PF

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Meet or exceed sales target through working with internal teams, distributors and dealers

·         Manage a sales territory with a sound territory management plan and account plan, that are in line with business strategy

·         Set up and/or optimize distributor/sub-distributor/dealer network in appointed areas in automotive industries

·         Engage customers (both direct and downstream) through in-person customer calls on existing and prospective customers. Document calls with quality reports. Drive deep customer insights

·         Drive key projects, especially in PDI( 4S ) channel, and support customer negotiation in automotive market to win the deals

·         Stabilize and boost retail business through enhanced engagement with dealership

·         Conduct market research & enhance brand awareness of Eastman window film products to improve demand in appointed areas

·         Monitor competitor landscape and give inputs to strengthening Eastman brands’ positioning

·         Support development and implement of sales/marketing strategy & plans in appointed areas

·         Provide sales training to regional distributors and dealers

·         Introduce new products (when available) to regional distributors and dealers

·         Seek opportunities to consistently learn and be trained

·         Continuously develop and improve selling techniques

·         Continuously develop skills in using the right tools to enhance business, management, and strategy development capability (e.g. TCP)

·         Accurate sales forecast

·         Deliver assigned regional / national projects per aligned / approved delivery output and timing with China PF management

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT(INCLUDING EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

·         Bachelor Degree

·         Good knowledge and experience in automotive aftersales industry, especially in retail and PDI (4S )channels

·         At least 5 years of experience in developing, servicing and managing distributor and dealer network with a strong sales & marketing background

·         Good team player, energetic, performance driven, proactive and can-do attitude

·         Good oral & written English

·         Experience in automotive aftermarket  is a plus

·         Computer literacy – Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

·         50%-60%
