Sales Manager (Aaron Kao)

Bangkok, Thailand

 

 

Position Purpose

Responsible New Sales Development, Existing Customers Growth, and Distributor Management

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell Specialty Plastics products in variety market segments industries, such as Packaging, Consumer Durables, Medical, Industrial and etc.
  • Engage whole value chain and manage sales funnel to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
  • Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned customers and increase sales revenue by obtain new projects.
  • Manage distribution to grow business
  • Fully usage of salesfore.com CRM, such as account plans, call report, opportunity management, territory management plan, and etc.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing objectives.

 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

  • Bachelor and above; MBA is a plus
  • 7-10+ years sales experience in plastics industry.
  • Strong communication skills and strong drive to move through the matrix.
  • Good new sales development, account management, and negotiation skill.
  • Highly motivated individual and high degree of self-reliance and initiative.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.

 

 

Travel Requirements

 

  • 50%+ on a necessity basis
