Sales Representative
Responsibilities
THIS ROLE WILL WORK FROM A HOME OFFICE IN THE ANAHEIM, CA AREA.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Measurement:
• Research and plan trips in accordance with strategic sales goals.
• Perform inside sales duties and data entry in sales office as needed.
• Provide customer service to current and prospective customers by answering questions and solving problems.
• Consistently provide frequent feedback of market insights, successes, barriers, and results of sales initiative.
• Gather market intelligence and identify options for taking advantage of opportunities.
• Understand business context and stakeholder needs to support options and decisions.
• Weekly summary of team’s key market insights, key successes, key barriers, and key results from sales initiatives.
• Establish measures to ensure effectiveness of execution plan and provide clear indication of progress towards meeting goals/objectives.
• Establish and manage sales plan and objectives:
o Align sales objectives with business objectives and business strategy.
o Plan and organize to meet objectives.
o Monitor sales performance against monthly objective.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years applicable sales experience
Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a global team of professionals
