Eastman’s Legal Organization includes the Law Department which supports and provides legal advice to the entire global organization. As such, our attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants ensure that the company conducts its local and international affairs in a legal and ethical manner, while safeguarding our intellectual property.

Our paralegals have completed college or completed college-level paralegal training. They assist the attorneys in research, report-writing, etc.

Our legal assistants are not required to have completed college. They serve in business support roles and receive on-the-job training to assist the attorneys and paralegals with clerical/secretarial tasks, manage data bases, complete forms and reports, and perform other duties as needed.
