Summary of Responsibility

 

Responsible for follow up quality of all production unit and communicate / report deviation. Responsible for instrument which is “owned” by quality lab calibration, verification. In charge of (or assist on) customer complaint investigation and maintaining the quality system to meet ISO/TS16949 requirements.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

 

For Quality Lab Coordinator:

  • Follow up quality of all production units and communicate / report deviations through the daily production meeting and weekly, monthly reports.
  • Make computations, analyze results & write reports for quality issue and give the proposal to continue improve product quality.
  • Follow up online inspection equipment.
  • Assist investigation of customer quality complaints and issue draft investigation reports.
  • Organize and give training to new Inspectors, Analyst / new PF QC employees. Keep inspectors informed and updated regarding quality deviations / new issues; instruct on how to run line inspection during problem periods in order to guarantee good quality.
  • Responsible for MSA in QC Lab.
  • Assist QC Supervisor to maintain ISO/TS QESH system.
  • Back up for QC Supervisor and/or Analyst.

 

 

Requirement:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in chemistry or similar.
  • Have min 3 years of quality control experience with preference on experience on ISO/TS 16946 quality management system.
  • Fast learner with ability to work independently & closely with a diversity team.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills and have an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working with people from multi-cultural backgrounds and varying seniority levels.  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good written & conversational English skills
