Fabric Library Representative, Textiles
Responsibilities
- Helps to set up fabric library in Shanghai office
- Organize and lead the operating process of Shanghai library
- Works for seasonal supporting plan for China local market and international brand market
- Connects with supply chain partners for sourcing new fabrics per month or season
- Collects, cuts and makes fabric swatches from supply partners per season to support marketing and BD team
- Documents and files, records fabrics in seasonal base or project base, follows up and tracking all fabric and garment samples
- Builds or helps to build the sales tools such as new seasonal Naia Trends for BD team to promote new fabrics to brand clients
- Supports to deliver fabric swatches according to BD’s needs or brands’ needs.
- Supports for marketing events like Shanghai Intertextile or PV exhibitions in China or globally

Required Education and/or Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in textile or administration is preferred
- With knowledge of fabrics and textiles
- Understand fashion trends to connect with true fabrics and garments
- Strong documentation capability
- Good communication skill, patient and detail-oriented
- Integrity, team spirit, willing to help others, safety thinking
