Duties

  • Evaluate engineering options for improving plant processes.
  • Complete OPHR Action Items from previous hazard review revalidations.
  • Prepare for plant OPHR Revalidations
  • Work on various engineering tasks associated with the plant, including consolidating and/or converting engineering documentation.
  • Work on EIV assessments for plant production units.

     

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering degree program.
  • Minimum of 2nd  year completed or preferred 3rd year of undergraduate studies completed by summer
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Be a self-starter and a self-motivator
  • Must be resourceful and not afraid to ask questions
