  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field (engineering is acceptable)
  • English Proficiency
  • Graduate degree
  • 3 or more years’ experience in HR desirable
  • Direct experience in one or more HR center of excellence (Comp, Benefits, Staffing, Talent Mgt, payroll, training local requirements, HR compliance, union, IT systems etc.) desirable Talent Acquisition robust experience




  • Maintain/monitor critical HR metrics as assigned
  • Assess/track and address employee attitudes/behaviors
  • Coordinate staffing activities such as hiring, onboarding and job evaluations
  • Keep line updated on HR initiatives
  • Counsel managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Support rollout of new HR processes/programs
  • Participate in or manage projects as assigned
  • HR System administration and maintenance for local information (sap, success factors).
  • For HR area, perform activities to ensure and maintain local and corporate compliance demands (HR contracts management, local labor and corporate requirements)
