This role can be performed either remotely or at the Kingsport Corporate Office.


The Factoring Analyst is assigned to Treasury/Global Credit and reports directly to the Global Process Excellence Manager. The role serves as a global resource on Financial Instruments programs (Accounts Receivable Factoring, Supply Chain Financing, etc.) to internal and external partners (Director Global Credit, Commercial Team, Third Party Service Providers, etc.). Key deliverables include manage the execution of assigned programs to ensure compliance with accounting and legal requirements. Provide decision support to Treasury Leadership to achieve Corporate Working Capital goals.  




  • Manage Global Accounts Receivable Factoring and Supply Chain Finance programs to support Corporate Working Capital goals.
  • Execute day to day activities such as preparing offer files, reconciliations, and other reports as needed.  
  • Interface and manage third party service provider relationships and provide expected deliverables for assigned programs.
  • Assess program portfolio and advise on available capacity based on outstanding A/R and payment terms.
  • Analyze Supply Chain Finance programs and offer recommendations.
  • Prepare forecasts based on customer payments, receipts, balances and program capacity.
  • Read and interpret legal agreements from an operational perspective.
  • Support special projects, including systems enhancements, as needed.    



Functional Skills and Capabilities:


  • Understanding of Accounting Principles, Credit, Accounts Receivable and Cash Application.
  • Extremely detailed oriented, curiosity, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain complex information clearly and concisely.  
  • Strong project management and technical skills.
  • High level of initiative and good judgement.
  • Ability to work with different personalities, cultures, and levels of management.



 Required Education and/or Experience: 


  • Bachelor's degree (required), preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).
  • Experience with Credit or Cash Application.
  • Experience participating in software program development projects (preferred).
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable Factoring, Supply Chain Financing, or other financial instruments (preferred).
