Job Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the South China sales team to execute the commercial strategy for the Specialty Plastics business.
  • Responsible for managing the activities required to achieve both the short term and long term financial objectives and sales targets by Protecting our existing business and developing and commercializing New Business.
  • Manage the team in the dominant sales processes including; Account Management, Pre-Call Planning, Discovery, Negotiation, Opportunity Prioritization and Management, Call Documentation, Forecasting and understanding the Customer’s Buying process.
  • Act as a liaison between Reps and internal partners across organizational boundaries and regions.
  • Provide coaching to enhance sales skills and capabilities.
  • Provide effective communication with business and functional leaders globally.
  • Strongly support the Specialty Plastics Global Sales Management Team.

 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements (To include education and experience)

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 10+ years working experience in MNC, 3-5 years of team leader experience
  • Good business acumen
  • Strong knowledge of customer needs and market trends
  • Strong communication skills, Fluent in both English and Mandarin

 

Travel Requirements

 

  • Est. 60% travel is expected in the territory
